Under the sdw® Swiss Diver Watches brand, Chronotime AG has been producing the world's first diving watches since 1996, whose cases are completely filled with special liquid except for a small air bubble. Patented in 1997, this technology*, the Hyperbar® Deep Diver System, passed in 1999 the pressure test conducted by the Swiss Association for Technical Inspections SVTI (EMPA) of a record-breaking 1200 bar, corresponding to a depth of 12,000 meters! This surpassed our previous test of 900 bar in 1996.

In 2002, the Hypertec® brand was launched. It includes various high-quality classic ladies' and men's wristwatches up to its own line of watches equipped with the Hyperbar® Deep Diver System.
